Hello everyone. 
I was wondering if folks might be willing to share their education
staffing structures with us offline.  We are thinking of
re-structuring
our department with a look towards efficiency and was hoping to talk
to
some of you about what has worked for you.  We are a natural history
museum with about 100 staff overall.  Most of whom work in admin or who
are research Scientists.  The ed staff is about 17 people and it
includes a living exhibits staff and animal keepers.  Program staff is
about 7 people.  Each program staff person (including myself) is
responsible for teaching school programs as well as running a program
(overnights, scouts, birthdays, etc) or an exhibit space.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.
