This is on the web from Harvard:

http://multimedia.mcb.harvard.edu/

Samples of new online multimedia biotech learning resources. There
are a series of introductory multimedia essays that you can access by
clicking on the large graphic on the front page. Just so you know
you are getting the real Harvard experience, there is a warning about
a quiz at the end of the essays.

In addition, there is a wonderful 5 minute clip from a video called
"The Inner Life of a Cell" which was shown at Siggraph Electronic
Theater this past summer. This version has narration instead of
music, which is a great improvement. That can be reached by looking
along the left side of the page for the jump button to reach Inner
LIfe of a Cell.

Though you may want to skip the quizzes, the videos are informative,
and the Inner Life of a Cell is incredible.
