In a bygone time, carnivals, arcades and amusement parks often had a vendor 
who sold newspapers whose headlines they could modify to suit a customer's 
needs--usually for humor or some special occasion. Is it possible this idea 
might still exist, if not in the form mentioned above, then as in a new form 
on the internet?
