ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

While walking through the museum many times in one day I passed a particular
mother and son. The first time I saw them they were playing with the
gyroscope briefcase. The next time I saw them they were pulling against each
other on the giant lever. I then ran across them as they were using a
computer program to design a roller coaster. My final contact with them came
as I was standing in the back of our lab. I saw the boy looking into the lab
as he shouted, "Mom! Mom! Come over here. This is where the science is."
