ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Yes they do and it is my 6-year-old's favorite exhibit.  Kids collect
items form the store and then scan them, hit two more keys and get a
receipt from the register.  Then they are asked to restock the shelves.
They can also work behind the counters in meat, produce, or the bakery
and talk on the intercom.  There is also a little kids area set aside
within the store.  It is all sponsored by Wegman's, a major and growing
grocery chain that started in a Rochester suburb.
