The best fund raising consultant I know in those parts is Kathleen Rydar.
She is absolutely outstanding, and you know that as soon as you start 
to talk to her.

Kathleen ran the Tech Museum (San Jose) $20 m capital campaign and 
it had to be closed out at $33 m because the Tech opened then.  She 
may have taken a full time role now, but I suggest you ask her for 
recommendations.
