McWane Center, a hands-on science museum in downtown Birmingham, Alabama
currently has a full-time Floor Experience Manager position available.
Responsibilities include training and supervising floor experience
presenters and work-study students and developing and implementing new
programs and activities within the Education department.  Bachelor's
degree, demonstrated supervisory experience, exceptional customer
service and comfort leading presentations required.  Ability to work
some nights, weekends and holidays a must.  Physical qualifications
include, but are not limited to, sitting/standing for extended periods
of time; lifting objects frequently in performing the work (10-20 Ibs.);
pulling/pushing objects on a regular basis (50 Ibs.); grasp object
utilizing the fingers; reaching/stooping; hearing and visual acuity; and
exposure to chemicals, fumes and vapors that could potentially affect
