I am not certain of the original question.  However, same here at
Whitaker Center...the engager is required to provide the Sales
Department with a copy of their own insurance policy -- upon signing and
returning their Lease Agreement.

A letter indicating that the renting organization does
have insurance is required for rental of the Music
Hall at the Andrew Carnegie Free Library in Carnegie,
Pennsylvania. I was involved with this when I was
Treasurer of the Library Board of Trustees in the
1990s.
