Hi Ben,

Thanks for your feedback.  I'll check their website for a copy of the
publication.  Right now we don't have any mammals and so are a bit outside
of USDA jurisdiction.

We've been thinking of staying outside of USDA licensing just because we've
heard it can be a real hassle. How rigorous do you find their inspections to
be?  What if any are the benefits and/or draw backs to being classified as
an exhibitor?
