In response to Julie's question about adult programming, Explora in
Albuquerque offers hour-long, inquiry-based exhibit and classroom
programs in science and art for adults, in addition to a host of science
theater performances.  Additionally, we offer adult birthday party
programs.  All of these programs have been utilized.  We've had groups
from Intel come take hands-on science classes for fun and for
team-building.  We've had chapters of the Red Hat Society (retired
women) take art classes, and we've had numerous groups from senior
centers attend our theater performances.  We've had some really
fantastic birthday parties, often for the 50th or 75th birthdays!  I'd
be happy to talk in more depth off-line if you'd like to contact me.

I am on a search for information in regards to what other museums and
galleries are doing for adults.  Can anyone recommend a program I should
know about?
