I second that motion. Hands On! did our "Pulley Chairs" over 5 years
ago, and they're as durable as ever. In fact, they are among my favorite
exhibits for the level of visitor interaction and multi-stage
opportunities to convey both mathematics and science content.

Hands On! In St.Petersburg FL built a great setup in their children's
museum Great Explorations. Try talking to Greg Bellew.

I'm working with Science Spectrum in Lubbock. One exhibit they would
like to add to their physical sciences gallery is the pulley exhibit
where a visitor sits on a seat and, using different mechanical ratios,
lifts theirselves into the air.

am looking for 1) feedback on visitor engagment and 2) plans which might
be available for purchase.

thanks!
