ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Science Spectrum in Lubbock has a small sand pendulum...the problem is the hopper for the sand is so small, there's not enough to really capture much of a pattern...my own experience with one (about 6' high, with a 'drawing surface' about 2' feet in diameter) was also mixed - visitors liked using and there was plenty of sand, but it had a tendency to clog.
as with the last exhibit inquiry, i'm look for 1)feedback relative to visitor engagement and 2) plans that might be available.
thanks!
