Sorry to disagree, Chris - I saw 2 brands of soya infant formula on the shelves with the other abm in 3 separate retailers (supermarkets and chemists) yesterday. It is my understanding that it can be prescribed, but can be bought at will. Also milk tokens can only be exchanged for named abms, and soy has never been added to the list. My understanding is that this reflects less on soy than the length of time it takes to change regulations.
