I can certainly appreciate that one may not wish to recommend anything but
mom's nipples but truth be know-some BF moms give their babies bottles of
EBM because they have no other choice!

I've been recommending the silicone nipples for the taste and odor factor
as well as avoiding an exposure to latex. They also seem to last longer.
I've heard of fewer prolems with moms having to change nipples over these
past few years since beginning this practice.

As a side note, I've had a few cases where some moms are using the nurser
bags for EBM storage and then using the Playtex Nursers to feed the babies.
Has anyone had trouble with babies"biting and pulling" while nursing
after they have used these types of nipples?
