Patricia asked: "Why would a woman wear a bra to sleep in?" Well......Yesterday I saw a mom who needed some help in positioning her babe at the breast. I suggested that she might be more comfortable and have greater access to her breasts if she first removed her bra. She told me that she had worn a bra constantly since giving birth three weeks ago. A *helpful* nurse in the hospital had told her that doing so would prevent engorgement by allowing her breasts to expand only so far. Does this answer your question?
