I suggest to mothers of twins that they assign one breast to each baby
for the day.  The next day they switch sides, and assign the other
breast  throughout the 24 hour period.  That way each baby gets what he
needs (colostrum, foremilk, hindmilk), the stronger nurser can encourage
the milk supply for the other, and Mom has less to remember and keep
track of.
