I am working with a mother via e-mail who would like to conceive again this spring. Her daughter is a year old, nursing, family bed, etc. Mom is 38, periods haven't returned yet, she doesn't want to wean and doesn't want to wait too long to get preg again. I told her that one option is to wait for fertility to return on its own, usually by 18 to 24 mo postpartum, but that may sound like an eternity to her, I don't know. Does anyone have any hints for *encouraging* fertility to return, short of weaning? Thanks, Heidi Gleber, LLLL
