I think it would be useful if those of us who are employed as non-RN LCs could share information as to how our job classifications are handled. When I started out (8 years ago) there weren't any other employers who could share info, so I was put on the support staff (like secretaries). I am not interested in salary amounts, but I would like to know how non-RN LCs are classified compared to other staff. I would like to share this information with my employer. If anyone would like to share their information with me, please e-mail privately. Anyone who would like to participate in a "group sharing" can also e-mail me and I'll be happy to share info.
