Did anyone else catch the 20/20 segment 3/1 (USA) about "adulterated" apple juice? It seems that juices labeled "100% Juice" were not--they were found to contain varying amounts of sugar and water as filler. Why am I posting this on Lactnet? Because the reporter focussed on the Nestle company, pointing out that they were the same company (via ownership of Beechnut) that a few years back sold infant apple juice that was actually flavored sugar water. Hmmmmm. The 20/20 camera kept showing little kids swigging away at their "100%" juices, little innocents...reminded me of something else... Margery Wilson, IBCLC Cambridge, Massachusetts
