Pamela and Jessica, I've just printed out your two posts for me to read over again when I begin to feel that once again, I'm just not in the loop regarding tongue ties. I agree they are being over-diagnosed and overtreated -- and as a first line of treatment in many cases -- as Jessica pointed out, many moms looking at that first before even getting a good evaluation of the tongue/tie/latch/feed..... But I seem to be in the minority to urge caution. Jan Barger In a message dated 4/27/2015 7:38:01 P.M. Tongue tie is being used as a first, last and in-between "cause" of whatever difficulty is currently happening - the diagnosis du jour, if you will. *********************************************** Archives: http://community.lsoft.com/archives/LACTNET.html To reach list owners: [log in to unmask] Mail all list management commands to: [log in to unmask] COMMANDS: 1.
