Hi, permission to post....

I have a mum with 3 week old twins, breastfed apart from one bottle at
night (mum couldn't cope with all the night waking).

Her main issue is how to help her babies latch on so she can feed the at
the same time - husband has just gone back to work and she is spending all
day feeding one then the other. She has had most success with biological
nurturing but says she still can't really get them on together.

She has an inflatable twin feeding pillow, but says they seem a bit small
for it, and if she does get them feeding together they will sometimes fall
off again - I've suggested supporting them with a rolled up blanket, and
helping the weaker baby on first, have also shared the twin positioning
ideas from BAB.

Any ideas on how to get twins onto the breast together (and keep them on)
without a spare pair of hands?!

Many thanks,

Caroline Gallear,
