Here's an example of a successful anti-discrimination case(centred around family responsibilities) that shows that the UK military is certainly subject to UK  anti-discrimination legislation.

I wonder how many countries there are that excludes the military as an employer from antidiscrimination/human rights legislation?
I wonder how many women have successfully complained against their military employer for lack of provision for breastfeeding/ milk expression under anti-discrimination legislation (I bet it's not many!)
