<When I worked for the Maternal and Infant Health Project/JSI Ukraine, we made a small and simple teaching video on 10 warm chain steps (BTW I did all the animation work so it is kind of my baby). You can see English version on youtube here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hP5XMBppokU Feel free to use it if you like it (it is public domain), just credit JSI > I enjoyed this video tremendously, and appreciate how much hard work must have gone into it! On a rather fun note, my 4 year old daughter Chana (who weaned at 4+ years old and is utterly obsessed with babies) absolutely LOVED the video. She has watched it no less than 6 times and is now the only 4 year old I know who can rattle off CDC/WHO recommendations to prevent newborn hypothermia!!! Her preschool teachers are rather amused at her knowledge base. I would like it if she became a midwife and IBCLC, but she is insisting that she wants to become a "doctor who helps babies out"!! (This despite the fact that she was a home water birth!) Fortunately, there's a number of years to work on her before she enters med school. :) Thanks again, Alison Ziskind Doula and mother to rather precocious Chana *********************************************** Archives: http://community.lsoft.com/archives/LACTNET.html To reach list owners: [log in to unmask] Mail all list management commands to: [log in to unmask] COMMANDS: 1.
