I've realized that I agree  with all the posts like this one.  And that I've always seen part of my job as doing the "sweating blood" so the mother doesn't have to, just keeping a privately closer eye to make sure things stay on the right track and not bothering her with my concerns.  Yep, I'll just put those red flags right back in my pocket and leave them there, thank you very much!
