It's worrying isn't it? The company's own marketing specifically  
declares "Unique wipes allow easy & convenient cleaning without soap  
& water." and "Use anywhere – ideal for in the car, at work, travel  
and more." which absolutely implies that no rinsing is required.  
Other pieces of marketing say things like "no need for soap OR water"  
and "without leaving a residue".

For the price of only ten days' worth of wipes (for an exclusively  
pumping mum), she could buy about 4-6 extra flange assemblies.
