I would suggest that UK and Australian Lactnetters contact Red Cross in their country and congratulate them on the good work that this centre is doing in Darfur, particularly in relation to improving the health of babies by supporting breastfeeding. If they get a few calls/emails they may start to get the idea that protecting breastfeeding and appropriate use of infant formula is important to donors and make sure that this is a priority in all situations. Of course, it's worth mentioning to Red Cross in Australia that you are aware that they have a sponsorship arrangement with Wyeth and that this is inappropriate.
