Chayn, I don't have any comment on the use of the drug but I would like to encourage you and this mum to get her story written up as a case history so that other mums can see that it can be done and be encouraged/empowered themselves to breastfeed through cancer treatment if they want to (preferably for the International Breastfeeding Journal so mums, hcps without university affiliations or membership to ILCA can access it). I hope that this mum can find a solution to the current problem. She sure is an inspiration.
