Dany,
Babies with reflux often self-limit their intake due to pain from an
increase in the reflux with a full belly.
Perhaps very short, frequent feeds would help this baby. Keeping him
upright after feeds, avoiding the car seat when not in the car, putting
a wedge under the changing pad and mattress so he's always on an angle,
and letting him have some non-nutritive sucking to help him reswallow
the refluxate can all help.

And Zantac is not such a bad thing either, IMO. I've seen some babies
with reflux go on serious hunger strikes, refusing to eat at all and
progressing to being tube fed.
