Jean's explanation is fascinating (as usual). I have recently taken lovely
photos of breastmilk in a bottle - which separated into a watery, greenish
tinged fluid with a thin layer of cream on top - and voila, when it is
mixed, it turns into beautiful white milk. I also photographed the pudgy 6
month old whose milk it is. This Mom does pump at work and breastfeeds at
home. If all is well, I don't think it matters.
