Hello All, It has been a long time since I have responded. But I'd like to
add to the list.
IRON. Too much iron post partum. Many women I run into take their
pre-natal and an iron supplement long past 10 days post-partum. If I was an 7lb
infant with that much iron coming thru my source of food I'd have a really bad
tummy too. I know not ALL babies are effected by iron but some are. If the
mom had a problem in the beginning with her pre-natal, I take that as a cue and
suggest switching to a regular daily multi-vitamin.
I like all Pat's ideas too.
