A good bf friendly option to try for ADHD is an Omega 3 fatty acid
supplement.  The recommended dose is 15g daily .  This is about a
tablespoon of flax seed oil of fish body (not liver) oil.  If  if fish
oil doesn't seem to work, try flax or vice versa as different people
respond differently to the vegetable and animal forms.  It can be
tremendously helpful with ADHD symptoms, and may even benefit baby
through moms milk too.
