Dear Friends: My oldest daughter, Vanessa, had a dreadful case of acne when she was about 4-6 weeks old: big wet disgusting pimples all over my sweet baby girl's face. This was in 1975, and I had the idea that I had to drink cow's milk because I was breastfeeding. I hated cow's milk (and still do) so my solution was to have a chocolate ice cream soda everyday. Some helpful soul from LLL suggested cutting out the chocolate, and VOILA, Vanessa's acne disappeared in two days.
