Paid breastmilk donors and a for-profit entity, subject to mandatory
governmental quality control standards is just what most MDs would feel more
comfortable with.  Most do not understand or trust the HMBANA voluntary
guidelines.  This is why Prolacta may do well. It is my opinion (someone who
believes donor human milk is the supplement of choice for ALL infants) that
the HMBANA should have sought federal regulation years ago.
