Dear Friends:
   Mothers who smoked had fussier babies; I saw this when I worked in labor
and delivery in three different hospitals. It makes sense as baby is getting
a dose of nicotine and other chemicals on a regular basis when mom smokes;
after the birth, baby is no longer receiving a regular dose.
   I haven't seen anything published on this anywhere though. Has any one?
   Warmly,
Nikki Lee RN, MSN, Mother of 2, IBCLC, CIMI, CCE
