Portagen is a high MCT (medium-chain triglyceride) formula for infants (birth to 12 months). Typical indications are listed as steatorrhea and lymphatic anomalies. It contains 0.67 Kcalories per cc. Osmolarity is 230 mOsm/Kg. MCT:LCT ratio is 86:14. Percentage of water is 91%.
