Hi Jennifer,  The pumping refers to pumping accordingly w/Dr. Newman's
induced lactation Protocol.  It calls for pumping after bcp therapy is
stopped and Domperidone is continued.

Of course your assesment about pumping beforehand is correct, but *some*
still do and find it beneficial and productive.
