Pamela, in my reference it says:

6 months to 1 year 600mg Ca a day
1 year to 10 years 800mg Ca  day.

With the break being at 1 year perhaps she could average it.

Food sources are collard, turnip, kale greens broccoli. Her local diet
probably has many other sources of calcium. I recently learned that sesame
seeds are a good source of calcium.
