I know when I think too hard about breathing and
autonomic functions wrt breathing, I *do* get terribly
confused!  It takes too much concentration to think
about breathing and as a result, I cant' do it.  I was
also told that I thought too much about giving birth
(as I did it) and wouldn't just give in to it.
Breastfeeding was fine though; just did that.
