a question for the experts on this: why would sucrose work better on neonates
than adults? why would sucrose pain relief be effective in neonates but not
in adults for episiotomies or vasectomies?

just wondering

oh yes, the tie to bf, ............less pain & trauma with newborn procedures
of any type, should be very beneficial to bf initiation in hcf settings.
