In reply to your query.

 

I work at a hospital that introduced quiet time some months back  from 1 -
2pm. visiting time is from 2 - 8pm .  It is working really well, absolutely
no visitors are allowed, even the new dads are respectful of that time and
often will take the opportunity to catch their breath or get a bite to eat..
Feed back from the mothers is also  positive.
