Breast feeding twins:

I always had problems breastfeeding them together because each would get
upset when I tried to latch the other on. Territorial from the beginning. No
matter how I tried, they just didn't want me feeding anyone else when they were
latched on. So I would alternate feeding first one then the other, and
alternated breasts as well to be sure they weren't always in the same position every
time. I didn't make enough milk so after breastfeeding one, I would bottle
feed that one while breastfeeding the other. If I knew then what I know now, I
would have breastfed and then hooked up the SNS so they never got a bottle.
That would have kept them breastfeeding longer.
