Hi All,

 

So - client of mine had some type of tummy 'attack' - went to ER and they
put her on Prilosec to control acid secretions.  They told her she had
gastritis.  Secondly she is dealing with a low milk supply issue that we
just can't figure out.  No other hormonal issues - baby flat out refuses to
breastfeed (mom has tried everything!) so mom is pumping 8 times a day -
including at night.  

 

My question is:  Can she take Domperidone in place of the Prilosec to take
care of the tummy/gastric issues with the side benefit of increasing the
milk supply?
