Yes, Judy, people in the US still whack body parts off of unsuspecting,
unknowing little boys, most often without any anesthesia.  Barbaric, no?
But things are beginning to change.  I've heard that about 1/3 of little
boys in California are no longer being circumcized, so there is hope........
