I do not see this as Code breaking. This is not marketing bottles as lone items, they come with the pump and the text that goes with it says so clearly:

The bottom message is not "Come and buy our bottles to feed your baby'', but ''Buy and use this bottle to feed your baby your own milk''. 
As I understand the parts of the Code that are about bottles and teats it is about the marketing of those items as lone products and as sole medium for infant feeding, thus replacing breastfeeding at all. Marketing includes pimping the article to sell and promising special, but unproven or unprovable benefits from it's use above other products. Marketing is not announcing that you have a product for sale and clarifying it's specifics (like material used). Selling is not a Code violation; marketing in certain ways is.

So perhaps it is more about interpretation. Perhaps language issues play a role as well. But in all honesty and with my own ethical conscience as guide, I do not see any Code violation in the way Medela sells it's bottles.
