Except for maybe getting too much exposure on the nipples ( which actually some find some direct exposure quite helpful in healing multiple skin issues as well) and the warmth initiating a let down ,why would it be any more contraindicated than direct sun exposure (skin issues, photosensitive drugs..etc)

The FDA has their warning statements here, which reflects concern about skin issues only,
