Hello wise ladies

What suggestions might you have for a breastfeeding mum with the PIP (industrial grade silicone) breast implants and in particular for a breastfeeding mum with ruptured PIP implants?  What if she wants to continue BF?  What if her doctor has approved and encouraged continued BF?  What if her doctor has not?
