Hi all!

I had recurrent plugged ducts (monthly for almost 2 years) which turned into
mastitis if it wasn't caught and treated immediately until menstruation
returned, which makes me wonder what the hormonal link is.....hmmmm.

I was not able to wear sports bras (or even tank tops that had a lot of lycra
in them) or bras with underwires for that period of time. No problems now
(it's been about six months since the last occurrence) with any of the above.
On the bra note....I recently saw a sports nursing bra in the catalog Seventh
Generation. Anyone know how it compares to regular nursing bras or regular
sports bras?
