Several years ago a mother called me about unilateral nipple pain. I
went through everything I could think of , calling for help all over,
and finally sent her back to her MD. She could bf, but it always hurt
somewhat.  After investigation by her MD, he told her that she had a
cyst inside her nipple.  She continued to bf with discomfort, but with
the comfort of having an explanation.  A week later she moved to China.
