See below, note the Lancet study says some guidelines are more thoroughly
researched than others. Some of you may be asked to defend the WHO's various
breastfeeding guidelines.

LONDON - When developing "evidence-based" guidelines, the World Health
Organization routinely forgets one key ingredient: evidence, says a study
published in The Lancet online on Tuesday.
The medical journal's criticism could shock many in the global health
community since one of WHO's main jobs is to produce guidelines on
everything from fighting the spread of bird flu to enacting anti-tobacco
legislation.
