"You had two political agendas," Fehrnstrom said. ``The liberal agenda 
of a narrow special interest group that wants to punish women who want 
to bottle feed, or the agenda of a governor who thinks women shouldn't 
be punished for bottle-feeding.

``In that case, it's the governor's view that carried the day."
